NOTICE: INVITATION TO BID

SCOPE OF WORK:

ORG 205 – Clinton P. Russell Elementary School - Renovation project consists of the following:

1. Provide security updates including cameras, card access readers, and door contacts.

2. Provide secure front vestibule

3. Replace sprayed foam roof system with 2-ply modified bitumen

4. Replace exterior waterproofing / sealant joints

5. Replace fire alarm systems

6. Replace air box controllers, DDC controls for original building, boiler and hot water pump

7. Remove and replace ceiling with new acoustical layin ceiling tile and grid throughout facility (Except

at corridors and areas of renovation)

8. Replace carpet / vinyl composite tile (VCT) and base throughout facility excluding all main corridors,

auditorium and athletic areas (include ACM abatement where applicable)

9. Replace teaching surfaces at each classroom

10. Paint all previously painted interior surfaces. Repair / patch walls prior to painting (except at newly

renovated spaces)

11. Provide new marquee sign

12. Remove and replace concrete sidewalks

BUDGET:

Total Estimated Construction Budget (CCL + Allowances) for CSP 207458 $ 3,177,957.30

PRE-BID & LOCATION:

A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 10 AM on 06/10/2024 via Zoom for all interested parties. This

meeting is not mandatory, but information discussed will be extremely helpful in preparation of the

proposal.

All Construction Services construction procurement must be physically delivered to the Construction Services

office, at the Linus D. Wright Dallas ISD Administration Building 9400 North Central Expressway, Suite 800 Dallas,

TX 75231. (Call 972.925.7200 for directions). Delivery to other locations will result in rejection of a CSP.

Completed CSP Package Part 1-A, 1-B and 1-C are due on Wednesday, 06/26/2024 at 2:00 PM (local time).

Completed CSP Package Part 2 is due on Thursday, 06/27/2024 at 3:00 PM (local time).

Any materials received after the respective closing dates / times will not be considered.
